NYX Markets does not transact sanctioned product or act for sanctioned persons, entities, vessels or jurisdictions. Screening is conducted against OFAC, EU, UN and UK OFSI regimes and extends to ultimate beneficial ownership and product provenance.
All prospective counterparties must provide sufficient information for legal, operational, financial and documentary verification. We reserve the right to decline a mandate or suspend work where information cannot be independently confirmed.
Information is collected solely to assess enquiries, conduct due diligence and administer transactions. Access is restricted to those engaged on the relevant mandate and professional advisers where necessary.
Records are retained only for legitimate commercial, regulatory and legal purposes. We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed where required by law, regulation or a competent authority.
